Lt Stuart is
anxious to go to West Point as asst Instructor of Cav Tactics and I know of no
one better qualified in personal deportment or skill as a drill officer of horse,
than Stuart. If an opportunity presents
itself to get him ordered to West Point, I think you will have every reason to
congratulate yourself upon the acquisition of a Zealous and able assistant
